What is PIP natural catalyst?

Catalytic function can be exhibited without restrictions! It reacts with oxygen in the atmosphere.

"PIP Natural Catalyst" is a method that utilizes the heat generated at the collision points by rapidly injecting metal titanium powder with compressed air in the atmosphere, allowing for the formation of a titanium oxide coating with high adhesion strength without the need for a binder. In this method, titanium reacts with the oxygen in the atmosphere or compressed air to form titanium oxide, and as it penetrates inward, the oxygen gradually becomes depleted. The presence of this oxygen-depleted layer and the slight presence of impurity oxides leads to a charge transfer effect that activates the catalyst. 【Features】 ■ Melts and adheres titanium ■ Forms a titanium oxide coating with high adhesion strength without the need for a binder ■ Activates the catalyst through a charge transfer redox effect ■ Enables catalytic function without restrictions based on location or conditions ■ Surface: An amorphous structure is formed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Effect of PIP Natural Catalyst

Introducing the effects of PIP natural catalysts on water tank purification and strawberry freshness preservation!

We will introduce the effects of 'PIP Natural Catalyst' conducted by Fujikihan Co., Ltd. Two aquariums for ornamental fish were prepared, and tropical fish (neon tetras) were placed in each aquarium. PIP titanium was added to one side, and the changes in water quality were compared. About a month later, there was a significant difference in the water pollution in the aquariums due to fish waste and leftover food. [Overview] <Experiment (Changes in water quality due to PIP titanium in ornamental fish aquariums)> ■ Experiment Method: Measurement of ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and COD, which are problematic for ornamental fish. ■ Measurement Method: Water samples (approximately 50cc) were collected from both aquariums at a designated time once a day. ■ Discussion: It was clarified that the PIP catalyst is effective in converting ammonia and nitrite into nitrate. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
